The ERI crew, JJ, David and Roberto were excellent. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable, etc. They were obviously trained to perform work to meet or exceed industry standards. They were on site because another contractor had contaminated the structure. The difference between ERI and the previous licensed contractor were night and day. By the way, the previous contractor was recommended by a very large insurance company. There attention to safety was excellent. It started with orange cones at the front and rear of the van when they parked and continued with them always wearing their PPE. ERI is a very professional organization.

Oscar and the ERI team did an exceptional job with abatement at our house. They were extremely professional, respectful, and clean in the way they approached the abatement and were very accommodating of certain request we had which added to the complexity of the project. A big shout-out to Armando as well for the work he put in during the abatement process as he and his colleagues worked hard for a week making sure the project was finished on time and neatly. I would highly recommend their services.

This post is a bit old. I had the work done in March 2025 and just now discovered that I posted my review to an ERI company in another state. The work was so good that I wanted to make the extra effort to put the review in with the right company. ERI is awesome! I am having a new HVAC unit installed in my home and when Service Experts (the installer) came to inspect, they found some asbestos that needed to be removed. They contacted ERI and arranged for the abatement to occur the day before. ERI came out promptly and did the initial abatement promptly, quickly and safely. They tented the area so that my wife and I could remain in the home. On the next day when Service Experts came out to install the heater unit, when they took out the old one, they discovered more asbestos that was hidden, by no fault of ERI. I called Melisa, panicked, because I didn't want to be without HVAC for too long. Melisa was able to send Jesus and Americo out within the hour! This will allow Service Experts to come out the next day and complete the install! Great teamwork! And a special thanks to Melisa, Jesus and Americo for responding so quickly!

Excellent job! They removed not 1, but 2 layers of asbestos (this is a really old house) and stayed by the original price estimate. No surprises.
